Sound familiar?

Overwhelmed by your own house? Most of our clients were.

None of these mean you are messy. They mean the space has no system, or one that stopped fitting your life.

A pantry full of doubles

Three open bags of rice, expired spices and nothing you can see. We sort it, toss what is past, and set zones the whole family can use.

A closet you dread opening

Clothes you love buried under clothes you never wear. We edit with you, kindly, and hang everything where you can see it.

A garage with no room for the car

Bikes, bins and boxes from the last move. Shelving, clear categories and a donation run get the floor back.

Boxes still packed months later

The move was the easy part. We unpack, put away and set up each room so the house finally feels like yours.

Paper piles on every surface

Mail, school forms and receipts with nowhere to go. A simple filing setup and a landing spot for incoming paper fix it.

Tidying every weekend, again

If it is messy again by Wednesday, the system is the problem, not you. We build one that is easy to keep up.

Need help this week? We can often start the next day. Call and tell us which room comes first.

Anastasia and team saved the day 🙏 We contacted her and in short order she was able to support my Aunt in a challenging transition. She was an absolute delight to work with. High standards, positive personality, and quality work! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had my pantry organized and our family is very happy with the results. We have a multi generational household that uses the pantry daily. It was an initial consult first to discuss our goals for the room; then the second visit was the actual organization. Anastasia asked lots of thoughtful questions and did not judge or try to steer in a certain direction which I appreciated. She really paid attention to our needs. She was able to give advice on a plan for the entire family without completely changing the room. I learned a lot from her! In the end we did purge but also saved room for new things in the future too! It’s an organized room that we will be able to maintain as a family and still has room to add stuff or modify in future. I highly recommend Anastasia!

We recently had our garage organized by Anastasia from The Nest Place, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Anastasia’s attention to detail and her ability to create functional yet stylish spaces are truly impressive. She listened carefully to our needs and transformed our cluttered garage into a perfectly organized space that’s easy to maintain. The Nest Place made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for professional organizing that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Anastasia and her company!

Before Anastasia, my wardrobe was… Narnia. You’d open the door and find yourself in a mysterious world of forgotten clothes, hidden treasures, and a whole lot of “nothing to wear.” Chaos reigned, and yet — somehow — nothing ever felt right. Anastasiia came in like a gentle storm of clarity. With grace, precision, and so much care, she turned that chaos into calm. Now everything has its place, everything is visible, beautiful, and me. She also helped me lovingly say goodbye to pieces that no longer reflect who I am — making space not just in my closet, but in my life. This wasn’t just about organizing clothes. It was a soulful reset. Highly, deeply, wholeheartedly recommend.

I cannot recommend Nestplace enough! Anastasia worked magic in my home, transforming two key areas: the kitchen office nook and pantry. In the office area, she took my overflowing office supplies and wrapping materials scattered throughout the house and created a stunningly organized space, complete with a functional gift-wrapping station. It’s like a breath of fresh air!

Nestplace is the most amazing team of Home Organizing & Decluttering! Anastacia and her Mom, Olena are absoultely magic. Our home was as some would say well lived in, we raised our children here and they are now adults with children of there own. I'm a Mom who has saved every momento my children ever made. To say it was devastating for me to part with anything would be an understatement. Anastacia and her Mom came into our home and made everything new and usable once again. We no longer have clutter everywhere..

Best decision made before holiday season. I hired NestPlace to organize my kitchen after realizing I have lots of double items and most importantly expired ones. My friend suggested me to use their services. We had a quick chat with Anastasia she come in and measured the kitchen. I got an email with links of items to be purchased. The goal was to have everything organized in categories. She came in to do her wonders and nailed it. I’m very very happy with my new kitchen.

I recently started working from home and found myself overwhelmed with the need to organize my space. With distractions lurking around every corner, I knew I needed a change. I found Anastasia, the owner of Nestplace, via Instagram and from the moment I reached out to her, I knew I was in good hands. Anastasia helped me transform my workspace and kitchen into organized havens where I can now focus without any distractions. Her professionalism and genuine sweetness made the process not only efficient but also enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I wholeheartedly recommend Anastasia to anyone in need of organizing their space. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I’ll definitely be using their services again!

What happens when you call

Three steps. The call is the easiest part.

You do not need a plan or a tidy house. You just need to tell us what is not working.

  1. A short call. We mostly listen.

Tell us what is not working and what you want the space to do. It takes about 15 minutes and costs nothing.

    Free, no obligation
  2. You send photos. We text an estimate.

A few photos or a quick video of the space. Please do not tidy first, the honest picture helps us plan. Your estimate usually arrives within hours.

    Hours and plan up front
  3. Pick your day. We do the rest.

A 50% deposit books it. We arrive, sort everything with you and set up the space. Anything we order gets installed on a return visit.

Do you need a professional?

Maybe not. Three things decide it.

Some clutter you can handle with a free weekend. Here is how to tell which kind you have.

01 · Time

Do you have the hours?

One drawer or one shelf, you can do yourself this weekend. A whole kitchen or garage is usually a full day of work or more, and most people do not have that free.

02 · Decisions

Are you stuck on what goes?

If every item turns into a ten-minute decision, a calm second person speeds it up. We never push you to let go of things you love.

03 · Systems

Does it keep coming back?

If you have tidied the same room three times this year, more tidying will not fix it. A system built for your routines will.

“Your home should give you energy, not take it away.”

About Nestplace

Started over more than once. Now she helps families start fresh.

Anastasia came to the U.S. from Ukraine on her own at 20, built a career in business and tech, and was laid off in 2022 with two little girls at home. That is when she turned a lifelong habit of organizing into Nestplace.

“For me, organizing isn’t just about neatly folded clothes or labeled bins. It’s about creating systems that give families back their time, energy, and peace of mind.”Anastasia Lee, founder. Straight answers

Before you call.

How does it work?

Call or fill in the form and we set up a 15-minute call. You send a few photos or a video of the space, please do not tidy first. We text you an estimate, usually within a few hours, then you pay a 50% deposit and pick your day.

How much does professional organizing cost?

Our rate is $110 per organizer, per hour, and you see the estimated hours before you book. An in-home consultation for bigger projects is $200. Products are separate and chosen to your budget.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the size of the space and how many decisions there are. A pantry or a closet is often one day. A whole home can take several sessions. Your estimate shows the hours up front.

Do I have to buy a lot of containers?

No. We use what you already own first. If something is missing, we send you a short list or shop it for you to your style and budget, then install it on a return visit. Products usually start around $300.

What happens to the things I let go of?

We take donations to Goodwill for you as part of the job, so nothing sits in your garage for another month. We reuse what we can and keep plastic to a minimum.

Do I have to be home?

It is up to you. We suggest being there for the decluttering part, because those are your decisions to make. For the setup, plenty of clients hand us the key.

How soon can you start?

Often within a day or two. Many organizers in San Diego are booked weeks out; we usually are not. Call (415) 225-7342 and we will give you the first open day.

Can you help me keep it organized?

Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly and seasonal refresh sessions to reset things after holidays, a new school year or any big change at home.

Do you serve my area?

Yes, if you are in San Diego County. We are based in Rancho Peñasquitos and work from Oceanside to Chula Vista and out to El Cajon. Not sure? Call (415) 225-7342 and ask.
